| KBTB TECH POLICIES (effective 16 Jun 08) Minimum Bench Fee Drop Off/Labor: $20.00 is required at time of appointment to analyze problem(s). This includes thorough diagnostics, solutions and recommendation given for all non- warranty repairs. House calls: $30.00 for the 1st hour and $15 for each additional hour is required at time of appointment to analyze problem(s). This includes thorough diagnostics, solutions and recommendation given for all non-warranty repairs. Turnaround Time – Repairs are handled on a first-come first-serve basis. Check with us for anticipated turnaround time on repairs. Parts availability, service information, etc. are factors that may effect turnaround time. If your repair will exceed expected turnaround time you will be notified via telephone and/or email. Rush Service – Rush service is available for an additional $50.00. Turn-around time on Rush Service is to be arranged with the service manager and is subject to certain conditions. Conditions include parts availability, severity of repair work requested, shipping schedules, etc. Storage Fee Repairs not paid for or picked up within ten (10) days from the date of completion will be charged $10.00 per day as a storage fee. Customers may drop-off or mail the tower to us via UPS, for tracking purposes. Please note, the customer pays for the shipping. |
